The distinctive Human Profile Silhouette with Cerebral Maze Labyrinth logo is an original artistic work and proprietary brand asset belonging exclusively to Tirja Consulting LLP.
While trademark registration was not pursued for the descriptive word "Performind", all copyright, design rights, and brand goodwill in the unique visual logo and artistic device remain fully reserved and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial reuse of the logo is prohibited.
All software architectures, database schemas (including the 20-field BCI data structure), telemetry protocols, and documentation originating from Project Giratina, Mew, and Performind are protected under international copyright law.
